DailyTasks collects minimal information to provide its core functionality:

• Task Data: Tasks you create, including titles, descriptions, completion status, categories, and dates
• App Preferences: Settings such as notification times, theme choice, and filter preferences
• Usage Statistics: Local task completion statistics and daily progress metrics

Your information is used solely to provide app functionality:

• Personalize your experience with your chosen name and theme

Data Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not sync your data to the cloud, and we do not have access to your tasks or personal information. Your data remains entirely on your iPhone or iPad.

• Local device storage using Apple's SwiftData framework
• User preferences in iOS UserDefaults
• Shared container accessible by the app widget (local only)

Third-Party Services

DailyTasks uses the following third-party service:

• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscription purchases. RevenueCat processes your subscription information and payment through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Please review RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for more information.

Note: Payment information is processed by Apple and is never stored or accessed by DailyTasks.

Permissions

DailyTasks may request the following permissions:

• Notifications: To send you task reminders and daily notifications. You can disable this at any time in iOS Settings.

What We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we don't do:

• We do NOT collect analytics or tracking data
• We do NOT collect location data
• We do NOT collect email addresses or phone numbers
• We do NOT use cookies or tracking pixels
• We do NOT sell or share your data with third parties
• We do NOT sync your data to cloud servers

Data Deletion

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete individual tasks or categories within the app
• Archive or restore tasks as needed
• Uninstall the app to completely remove all local data

Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the app will permanently delete all your information.

Children's Privacy

DailyTasks does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is designed for general audiences.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
