DailyTasks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Important: All your data is stored locally on your device. DailyTasks does not provide cloud backup or sync. You are responsible for backing up your device to preserve your task data. Uninstalling the app or losing your device will result in permanent data loss.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, and software, are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will cease.
The App uses RevenueCat for subscription management and Apple's In-App Purchase system for payments. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service:

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
